The 2018 Vegas Jam XI will be held Thursday — Sunday, September 27th — 30th, 2018 in Las Vegas, NV. The Host Hotel, where all events will be held, is the Westgate Resort & Casino located at 3000 Paradise Rd.
The Vegas Jam has been held in Las Vegas, annually, since 2007. It is a nationally represented dance convention weekend that runs Thursday through Sunday, where dancers are represented from 30+ states and we even have international dancers in attendance.
We, actually, have 2 dance parties under 1 roof. We offer 2 separate and unique dance ballrooms where 1 dance ballroom is dedicated to line dancers and the second dance ballroom is dedicated to partner dancers. Guests can freely flow from 1 ballroom to the other.
Your registration includes the nightly dance parties, all dance workshops, all fitness classes, a Jack & Jill Partnered Dance Competition, a Line Dance Choreographer Jam Session, a Dance Showcase, a Ms. Vegas Jam Cut T-Shirt Contest, a Two-Million Step Challenge, a Saturday All-You-Can-Eat Lunch Buffet and more.

* $145 February 1 — May 31, 2018 or until capacity is reached!
* $165 June 1 — July 31, 2018 or until capacity is reached!
* $175 August 1 — August 31, 2018 or until capacity is reached!

You must be 21 years old or older to register and attend.
The negotiated nightly room rate at the Westgate Resort & Casino is $79 + $15 (resort fee) + $12.58 (current tax) which equals $106.58 per night and for a four (4) night stay, checking in on Thursday and checking out on Monday morning, the stay is only $426.30!

Room No-Show/Cancellation: All reservations must be cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date to receive the deposit refund.
To be eligible for the negotiated group rate, reservations must be made on or before the cut-off date of September 6, 2018. Upon booking your room, you are required to provide a major credit card for the first night's room and tax deposit, which will be charged in order to guarantee reservations. When booking your room, please inquire about late check-out times and cancellation polices. Microwave ovens are not available. Finally, when checking-in to the hotel, a major credit card or cash deposit will be required to guarantee incidental room charges.
The rooms that our guests will be staying in are in the newly remodeled Central Tower. Please Be Advised that Check-In time is 3:00pm and Check-Out time is 11:00am. IF you arrive before 3:00pm, DO NOT expect to get into your room before 3:00pm.
